Everything was done at a high level. I lowered the rating because the deadlines were not met as we had agreed in advance, although I fully understand that predicting the timelines for navigating bureaucratic procedures is very difficult. Since I was applying for the D3 Visa, the timing was crucial for me. In the end, everything turned out great, and I appreciate the work you did.
